Agilent Technologies is looking for a Strategic Services Sourcing Manager for a 2-year maternity cover based in Germany. In this role, you will manage negotiations and develop relationships with external Service Suppliers on behalf of Agilent's customers. You will build effective agreements and contribute to solution design for local and multi-partner service projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with Service Providers and Contractors in Germany on behalf of customers.
- Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and lead selection and negotiation processes to improve service levels and margins.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier programs.
- Handle supplier documentation, contracts, and data within your territory.
- Collaborate with Service Sales, Project Managers, and Customer Contact Center to maintain accurate supplier information.
- Ensure strong cooperation with local Service Managers.
- Travel up to 10% as required.
What We're Looking For
- Solid understanding of service business operations, including delivery and supplier management.

- 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in service management.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
