Fox Factory is hiring a Mobile Tour Sales Representative for our Hitter’s House initiative in the Pacific Northwest. You will be the face of our brand at mobile tour stops and sporting venues, responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and creating an exceptional brand experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales by actively promoting and selling sports products at mobile tour stops, events, and sporting venues.
- Engage with attendees, offer product demonstrations, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Control no-charge product, ensure correct product coding, and conduct quarterly physical inventories.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, address concerns, and build strong relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve offerings and sales strategies.
- Help with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of the mobile tour booth, ensuring it is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and giveaways to drive traffic.
- Track inventory levels and ensure products are restocked as necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interaction logs, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Achieve annual sales and margin targets, drive specific product launches, and meet customer acquisition growth goals.
What We're Looking For
- High school degree required.
- 2-3 years of sales or sales support experience required.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with other sales representatives and tour coordinators. Collaboration with marketing teams ensures consistent messaging and branding during the tour. The environment is fun and team-oriented, focused on bringing great products to customers.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in the Pacific Northwest, requiring travel to mobile tour events and venues.
