Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sports products at mobile tour locations, events, and athletic venues to drive revenue.
- Interact with event attendees by demonstrating products and offering tailored recommendations.
- Increase sales by suggesting complementary or upgraded items during customer interactions.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets established for each tour stop or event.
- Manage complimentary product distribution, ensuring proper coding and appropriate use.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to foster brand loyalty and repeat engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and share detailed product information.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product and sales improvements.
- Assist in assembling and disassembling the mobile sales booth at each event location.
- Maintain an attractive, well-stocked display with correct inventory and promotional materials.
- Support event activities, promotions, and giveaways to attract visitors to the booth.
- Monitor product inventory and arrange restocking as needed to prevent shortages.
- Keep accurate logs of sales transactions, customer engagements, and tour locations.
- Submit regular reports on sales results, customer input, and overall event performance.
- Perform physical inventory counts on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with fellow sales staff and tour logistics personnel for seamless operations.
- Partner with marketing teams to align messaging and maintain brand consistency.
- Support onboarding and development of new sales team members when required.
