Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, is looking for a Mobile Tour Sales Representative to join our team in Southern California. You will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our sports products at mobile tour events and sporting venues, requiring a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to meet sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales by actively promoting and selling sports products at mobile tour stops, events, and sporting venues.
- Engage with attendees, offering product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets set for each event.
- Control no charge product and ensure proper coding.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide product information.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve offerings and sales strategies.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the mobile sports tour booth or sales station at each event.
- Ensure the space is visually appealing and stocked with products, promotional materials, and signage.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and giveaways to drive traffic to the booth.
- Track inventory levels and ensure products are restocked when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and tour locations.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and tour success to management.
- Conduct quarterly physical inventories.
- Achieve annual sales and margin targets.
- Drive a specific launch with sales goals.
- Meet customer acquisition growth goal.
What We're Looking For
- High school degree required.
- 2-3 years of sales or sales support experience required.
Team & Environment
