Position OverviewAs a Mortgage Loan Officer in Boulder, CO, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. You’ll provide personalized guidance on mortgage options, support clients throughout the loan process, and ensure a smooth experience from application to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external partners to expand referral pipelines
- Use consultative techniques to assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Support borrowers in completing applications and gathering necessary documentation
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to verify information and keep loan processing on track
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Identify opportunities to support clients with additional financial products when appropriate
- Complete assigned tasks in alignment with team and compliance standards
Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in mortgage loan origination, preferably within a banking environment. A valid NMLS license is required.
Preferred qualifications include an established pipeline of business, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with conventional, FHA/VA, construction, and portfolio loan products. Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and documentation processes is highly valued.

The position offers an hourly rate of $10.00–$11.54, structured as a non-recoverable draw reconciled against earned incentive compensation.
