About the Role

WorkMotion is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our partner ecosystem. You will be the dealmaker responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and closing partnership deals to drive growth.

What You'll Do

  • Execute partnership strategy across strategic and channel partnerships.
  • Open high-quality conversations with potential strategic partners via cold entry or warm introductions.
  • Manage and drive pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on product integrations and technical collaborations.
  • Close meaningful strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and sign channel partnerships with high lead-volume potential.
  • Own full lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding to enablement and ongoing relationship management.
  • Track revenue and pipeline generation from signed partners to measure business impact.
  • Represent WorkMotion at events, webinars, and partner-facing meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or strategic GTM roles.
  • Experience ideally in HR-tech, or alternatively in B2B SaaS.
  • Gravitas to communicate on par with C-level executives at other companies.
  • Flawless and compelling communication and presentation skills.
  • Persistence as a self-starter who gets things done and independently overcomes obstacles.
  • Natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to Sales Leadership and work closely with the CEO. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and many other departments is key to success.
