Fundraising & Relationship Leadership
Drive regional revenue by cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of 100–125 high-capacity donors and church partners. Focus on deepening long-term commitments through personalized engagement strategies, consistent communication, and compelling storytelling that connects generosity to tangible impact.
Donor Growth & Engagement
- Identify and qualify new philanthropic prospects to expand the region’s giving base.
- Design and lead high-impact events, intimate gatherings, and site visits that strengthen donor connections.
- Facilitate international vision trips when appropriate, enabling partners to witness program outcomes firsthand.
- Develop tailored donor journeys aligned with giving capacity, interests, and organizational mission priorities.
Strategic Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with local offices and national teams to ensure regional efforts support broader organizational goals. Contribute to the refinement of fundraising approaches through biannual portfolio reviews, data-informed insights, and cross-functional coordination.
Stewardship & Accountability
- Manage all stages of the giving cycle—from qualification to gift closure—using a consultative, mission-driven model.
- Ensure timely donor acknowledgments, with leadership input, within a 3-day window.
- Maintain accurate records in the donor database, tracking interactions, milestones, and sensitive information with discretion.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data integrity in all donor-related activities.
Qualifications & Expectations
Candidates should demonstrate a personal Christian faith and alignment with faith-based service values. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential. Proven success in major gift fundraising, experience with donor management systems, and regional/international travel readiness are expected. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with at least five years in nonprofit development.
