Orita is hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to lead our relationship with the Klaviyo ecosystem. You will build critical bridges between Klaviyo teams, agencies, and our product development, driving the adoption of Orita's AI segmentation platform. This role is about translating partner and customer needs into actionable product insights and scaling our platform partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Spend significant time building relationships with Klaviyo teams (CSMs, PSMs, CGs) and internal Orita stakeholders.
- Translate brand, agency, and Klaviyo needs into clear feedback for the Orita product team.
- Educate Klaviyo teams on the Orita product suite and our joint value proposition.
- Build the playbook for scaling Orita's platform partnerships across channels.
- Own a pipeline number, focusing initially on education and progressing to earning warm introductions to brands.
- Work closely with the Agency Partner team, Customer Success, and Product to level up enablement materials.
- Enable Klaviyo CSMs and PSMs to be super-users of Orita.
- Become a product expert and create feedback loops that impact the product roadmap.
- Actively participate in iterations, collateral updates, and experiments in how Orita serves Klaviyo and customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing partnerships with eCommerce retention agencies or direct experience working at a retention marketing agency.
- A deep understanding of strategy to execution within the Klaviyo platform.
- Proven ability to operationalize work and own new initiatives.
- At least 3 years of partner management experience.
- Direct experience managing a book of business and meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a high volume of partners.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity.
- An analytical mindset to manipulate and analyze data for performance insights.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive initiatives.
- Background in a sales role.
- Ability to learn fast.
- Live in New York City or be very excited to get there regularly and live a drive or train ride away.
Nice to Have
- Paid media experience.
- Experience operating at a startup-level organization with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Experience managing a CRM program, with bonus points for email or SMS tools.
