Jobgether is looking for a Strategic Implementation Specialist to guide new enterprise customers through the full onboarding and implementation journey of our powerful SaaS platform. You'll blend technical problem-solving, project management, and customer engagement in a remote-first, high-impact environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects for strategic and enterprise-level customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery.
- Define project scope, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the process.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding business objectives and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Guide customers through change management processes, helping them adapt to new systems and workflows.
- Leverage deep technical understanding of complex SaaS products to configure, test, and optimize implementations.
- Provide best-practice recommendations to ensure customers achieve maximum value and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to scalable, efficient implementation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering—to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven expertise in project management and customer engagement, with the ability to drive multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, capable of understanding complex products and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and guide customers through transitions with confidence and empathy.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with process improvement, customer coaching, or performance metrics management.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: £70K–£85K (UK) or €80K–€100K (Europe) + equity options.
- Fully remote role across Europe, including the UK, Netherlands, and Ireland.
