RemoteVA PH is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join a growing team. Your primary focus will be creating accurate 3D BIM models from point cloud data using Revit, working within a supportive, dynamic remote team culture.
What You'll Do
- Create accurate 3D BIM models in Revit 2025 using point cloud scans
- Work with LGSX files and import them using the Leica Cloudworks plugin
- Interpret and convert point cloud data into precise architectural and structural models
- Collaborate with remote teams and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Maintain model integrity and compliance with project standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with Revit
- Solid knowledge of point cloud modeling workflows
- Familiarity with LGSX files and required software/plugins (Cloudworks)
- Detail-oriented and efficient with remote work communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
