Paired is looking for a Chat Support and Sales Rep to join our remote team. As a key player for our innovative live chat platform, you will drive revenue by recovering abandoned shopping carts through personalized outreach and live chat support.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and message customers who abandon their shopping carts with personalized outreach.
- Use live chat and messaging tools to re-engage customers and encourage purchase completion.
- Execute cross-selling and upselling techniques to increase order value.
- Address customer concerns and objections that led to cart abandonment.
- Track recovery metrics and optimize messaging approaches based on performance data.
What We're Looking For
- English resume.
- Must be bilingual.
- Must be based in LATAM.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Proven experience with cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Excellent written communication skills for personalized customer messaging.
- Experience with live chat platforms and customer messaging tools.
- Data-driven approach with ability to track and optimize performance metrics.

- Experience in e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and cart abandonment recovery.
