RemoteVA PH is looking for a Virtual Assistant - Legal VA to provide comprehensive remote support to legal professionals. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual with a background in legal assistance who can manage tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a legal practice.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and case files.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist with case preparation.
- Maintain communication with clients, schedule consultations, and assist with client intake processes.
- Assist in managing calendars, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
