Remote Recruitment seeks a Fintech Recruitment Consultant to bridge the gap between top talent and the UK's high-growth fintech sector. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building lasting relationships with clients and candidates across verticals like digital banking, blockchain, payments, and SaaS.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for fintech roles across the UK market.
- Source and screen high-quality candidates for roles such as product managers, analysts, engineers, and compliance specialists.
- Build and maintain relationships with fintech clients, offering consultative recruitment support.
- Write compelling job adverts and create outreach strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Stay informed on fintech trends, market shifts, and regulatory changes in the UK.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to placements, revenue, and client activity.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
- A solid understanding of the fintech sector and key roles within it.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment CRMs.
- Highly organised and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Access to a reliable laptop, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a professional home workspace.
