Computacenter is seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to manage the business-to-business relationship with key partners and vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for product offerings, rebates, contracts, and yearly certifications, driving growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives.
- Manage the relationship between partner(s) and Computacenter United States Inc. to build the brand and the business.
- Develop a strategic plan for overall growth and engagement.
- Drive change, innovation, and growth across partner programs.
- Maximize front and back end processes for partner-specific items like rebate programs and solutions.
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast strategic changes, and report on key metrics.
- Act as a point of escalation on complex issues and provide support to internal teams.
- Review forecasts to negotiate additional discounts and programs.
- Manage and track partner rebates.
- Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments.
- Serve as a funding liaison for Marketing and Engineering activities.
- Manage certification and partner requirements.
- Facilitate internal and external QBR/BPs for assigned partner(s).
- Assist with customer-facing meetings regarding end-user programs.
- Assist with new vendor qualification and onboarding.
- Maintain and improve business profitability within assigned partner line(s).
- Maintain and improve business lines by incorporating new products when needed.
- Assure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience with a technology company in service delivery within the IT industry.
- Demonstrable experience working in a challenging environment.
- Experience working at a strategic level to enable partners and vendors to increase sales and enhance relationships.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to assess potential growth in partner relationships.
- Contributes to organizational vision and strategy, initiates and leads collaborative forums to create the foundation for strategic goals.
- Demonstrates understanding of current and emerging market trends, geographic and cultural needs.
- Ability to develop strategy to implement lessons learned to future deals.
- Ability to drive innovation in deal constructs with the business.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Able to drive continuous improvement through the creation of new metrics based on current performance.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating OEM and internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to articulate HPE and HPE Networking current program offerings for enterprise-level VARs.
Nice to Have
- HPE and/or Aruba, Juniper experience preferred.
