Hydro-Québec is looking for a Strategic Advisor to play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic direction. You will act as an expert consultant, shaping master plans and ensuring the integration of organizational, strategic, and operational dimensions across our energy initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Act as an expert consultant within the framework of the Directorate's master plans.
- Coordinate and consolidate the unit's business plans and action plans.
- Provide expertise and support to managers and specialists to harmonize and standardize approaches and practices.
- Conduct studies and analyses to propose improvements to work processes.
- Develop performance objectives for the activity.
- Integrate cross-cutting elements of the directorate to guide its actions.
- Ensure coordination with corporate and operational units in its field of activity.
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate external professional services.
- Plan, organize, and deploy animation activities related to the field of activity.
What We're Looking For
- A university undergraduate degree (Bachelor's) in administration or another relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in developing strategies and initiatives in various energy fields or a related business area.
