Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Strategic Account Manager for its VitalChek offering. In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with local government agencies by offering secure, efficient identity and vital records solutions. You'll combine sales strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and improve community outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue across a defined list of named government accounts.
- Identify trends, assess revenue opportunities, and implement targeted sales activities to exceed monthly and annual objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at local government agencies.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Use data analysis and research to uncover customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Represent solutions at industry events and tradeshows to build brand awareness and client engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of proven solution sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with payment processing is a plus.
- Prior experience in selling to the government sector is strongly preferred.

Work Mode
