A1M Solutions is looking for a Strategic Account Manager, Telehealth & Hospital, East Area to develop and execute business strategies with National Accounts, Telehealth Providers, Hospital Systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). You will serve as the primary relationship owner, building long-term partnerships and collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer engagement and optimize patient access.
What You'll Do
- Achieve planned Braeburn goals, patient access objectives, and other performance measures for your assigned geography.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with corporate objectives for your accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison, building and maintaining trusted relationships at multiple organizational levels.
- Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities to drive adoption and utilization of Braeburn products.
- Monitor account-level KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate goals and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work with contracting and market access teams to ensure optimal execution of agreements.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews on key accounts to assess performance and address barriers.
- Deliver comprehensive updates and performance reports to the Senior Regional Director and other leaders.
- Leverage analytics and market insights to inform account strategy and decision-making.
- Manage budgets and expenses within company guidelines.
- Partner with Market Access, Trade, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Medical Affairs to align strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with Regional Business Specialists and Key Account Managers to coordinate pull-through efforts.
- Champion innovative, compliant approaches to maximize customer engagement and patient access.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
- At least 3 years in specialty/biotech account management or market access roles.
- Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts in specialty markets.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Willingness to travel up to 50–60% nationally.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years experience working with National Accounts, Hospital Systems and/or Telehealth organizations.
