About the Role

ICEYE is hiring a Strategic Account Manager - Insurance to drive the adoption of our Natural Catastrophe Solutions within European insurance companies. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, acting as the primary point of contact, and driving account growth for key enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Understand client business goals and ensure alignment between client expectations and company deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to coordinate internal resources and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to create and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing to coordinate account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze account performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Resolve complex issues quickly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for developing markets, selling solutions, building relationships, and solving complex problems.
  • Self-motivated and proactive nature with strong social skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to audiences with limited understanding of the solutions.
  • At least 5-years sales experience with re/insurers.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with globally distributed colleagues.
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet clients and attend conferences.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in a major European language.
  • Geospatial experience.
  • An understanding of natural catastrophes.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the Customer Success Team, sales leadership, business development, and marketing.
