Curtiss-Wright Nuclear is hiring a Strategic Account Manager – Great Lakes

About the Role

FCC Curtiss Wright Flow Control Corp is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to represent our portfolio in the Great Lakes territory. You will be the face of Curtiss-Wright, building relationships with nuclear power plants, utility corporate offices, and engineering firms to align their needs with our solutions, driving long-term efficiency and reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Curtiss-Wright within the territory, managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain, and other key decision-makers.
  • Work with Product Managers across multiple business units to develop and execute tailored account strategies.
  • Maximize account value through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly assess clients' evolving needs and provide solutions to address their challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access.
  • Experience in business development or sales within the power generation industry.
  • Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services, and process equipment (e.g., valves, actuators, motors, HVAC, tensioning systems).
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Availability for three to four days per week of travel within the geographic territory.

Nice to Have

  • A degree within an Engineering discipline.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers from multiple Curtiss-Wright business units to align strategies and develop opportunities.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or New York.
