Thomson Reuters seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Legal solutions in the MENA region, stationed in Dubai to oversee the comprehensive legal solutions portfolio. Role Purpose - Expand and sustain revenue while increasing market penetration for Thomson Reuters' legal content, technological, and AI solutions in targeted strategic accounts/territories. - Initiate and secure new business opportunities to broaden Thomson Reuters' regional footprint within designated accounts. - Function as an active business development professional pursuing opportunities and advancing commercial dialogues with clients. - Cultivate and sustain high-level relationships to drive revenue expansion. - Design and implement territory and account strategies through cross-functional collaboration to deliver comprehensive product solutions addressing comprehensive customer requirements. - Construct influential stakeholder networks internally and externally. About the Role - Serve as a specialized consultant for legal technological solutions, advising clients on productivity enhancement. - Market TR legal solutions to existing and prospective clients within specified territories. - Maintain comprehensive understanding of designated accounts, client workflows, and operational challenges. - Strategically develop, implement, and manage growth-oriented business plans and comprehensive revenue generation strategies. - Construct robust, executive-level contact networks within targeted territories, engaging C-suite and departmental leadership. - Establish enduring customer relationships, identifying emerging business opportunities and maintaining connections with key decision-makers. - Leverage business and workflow insights to conceptualize and position value-added solutions promoting sales and revenue growth. - Maintain precise sales pipeline documentation for forecasting and reporting purposes. - Continuously update product knowledge across entire solution spectrum, functioning as a strategic business advisor to foster long-term client relationships and customer satisfaction.
