As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a central role in expanding our market presence across the UAE and North Africa. You'll proactively reach out to enterprise and corporate accounts, identifying new business potential and building relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior management.
What You'll Do
- Initiate and manage outreach to prospective clients through phone and virtual channels to uncover new sales opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations that assess customer needs, challenges, and strategic priorities
- Develop deep expertise in cybersecurity and our product offerings to position solutions effectively
- Handle competitive objections with confidence and precision, demonstrating clear value in dynamic selling environments
- Work closely with marketing and channel partners to align on go-to-market initiatives
- Coordinate support escalations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats in the endpoint security space
What We're Looking For
- Proven ambition to build a long-term career in technology sales
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in virtual settings
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
- Background in customer service, SaaS, or security sales is preferred
- Experience in telephone-based sales environments
