Drive sales growth for a leading technology platform serving early education centers by initiating over 100 outbound calls daily. In this role, you'll identify challenges faced by prospects, apply active listening, and position solutions effectively through tailored discovery conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate qualified opportunities and book product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Use consultative techniques to uncover pain points and align value propositions with prospect needs
- Ensure demonstration attendance by confirming appointments and coordinating reschedules as necessary
- Maintain precise, up-to-date records in CRM systems and monitor pipeline health through consistent tracking
- Review performance metrics regularly and apply feedback to refine outreach strategies
- Work closely with your manager to enhance processes and support team-wide success
- Help sustain a motivated, achievement-oriented team culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Fluency in spoken and written English
