Regal Rexnord is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to drive consistent revenue and share growth at our most important customer accounts. In this role, you'll serve as the primary sales point-of-contact, develop strategic account plans, and align our sustainable solutions to meet customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Deliver consistent revenue and share growth at assigned strategic accounts.
- Serve as the primary sales point-of-contact for assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each account and utilize CRM to coordinate tactical actions.
- Travel an estimated 50% to work with customers and internal resources.
- Drive specification on new designs and share gain on existing designs at assigned OEMs.
- Maximize new business and marketing opportunities via the execution of BU Playbooks.
- Identify, collect, and internally manage customer-generated scorecards with a cross-functional team.
- Develop and close new business or penetration opportunities.
- Understand customer’s strategic initiatives and align selling approach using the Challenger Sales Model.
- Prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns while serving as an educated facilitator.
- Work effectively in a team selling environment and communicate strategy to local/field sales.
- Market products to customer’s unspoken concerns through use of E-Commerce tools.
- Execute disciplined selling processes to attain quota, including documented account planning.
- Drive specification for DiRXN / Perceptiv (digital productivity platform).
- Communicate, implement, and monitor all account initiatives to ensure alignment of sales, marketing, and operations.
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities.
- Be aware of key societies/organizations supported by assigned accounts to drive collaborative relationships.
- Identify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas.
- Anticipate global competitive conditions and industry trends, and create strategies to address them.
- Work with Business Unit Leadership & Engineering Management to evaluate strategies for industry promotion.
- Maintain cross-BU awareness to sell Regal Power Train Packages and Solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- Willingness to travel an estimated 50%.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.
