GitLab is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to own and manage relationships with our largest and most strategic prospects and customers in Spain. You will provide leadership throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial prospecting and sales to ensuring successful rollout and long-term adoption of GitLab products.
What You'll Do
- Support GitLab’s strategic large prospects and customers in Spain.
- Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process.
- Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities in large accounts.
- Ensure successful product rollout and adoption through strong account management and coordination with internal teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer by contributing product feedback and ideas.
- Generate qualified leads and develop new customers in partnership with strategic channel partners.
- Expand your industry knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Prepare accurate activity and forecast reports.
- Contribute to root cause analysis on deal wins and losses.
- Communicate key lessons learned to account management, marketing, and technical teams.
- Assist sales management in conveying customer needs to product and support teams.
- Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues and develop formal proposals.
- Create and execute account plans based on customer business needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing on effective go-to-market strategies.

- Ability to travel as needed in compliance with company travel policy.
