Beacon Biosignals is hiring a Strategic Account Executive - LATAM to lead GitLab's enterprise growth in Mexico. You will help influential organizations adopt and expand their use of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, driving pipeline generation and Net ARR through strategic, long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across Mexico, focusing on leading organizations.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through evaluation, negotiation, and close within large, complex enterprises.
- Build and deepen executive-level relationships (including C-level) to position GitLab as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate closely with GitLab Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success to execute account strategies.
- Lead detailed account planning, including opportunity mapping and multi-threaded engagement to expand GitLab usage.
- Coordinate cross-functional GitLab team members, including sales leadership, marketing, and support, to progress opportunities.
- Contribute to forecasting and pipeline reviews, providing clear visibility into deal progression.
- Prepare and deliver customer-facing and internal presentations, proposals, and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers in DevSecOps, software tools, or adjacent SaaS.
- Background selling into large, strategic accounts in Mexico with the ability to build trusted C-level relationships.
- Knowledge of the Mexican enterprise market, including key industries, buying centers, and decision-making dynamics.
- Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions.
- Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline and co-sell.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work in line with GitLab's values, use GitLab and Salesforce daily, and travel as needed.
