About the Role

Flock Safety is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to join our Private Sector sales team. In this role, you will own demand generation, partnerships, and the full-cycle software sales process for our enterprise clients. This position is fully remote, but you must be located within EST time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Own demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales
  • Manage the full sales funnel, including inbound and outbound prospecting, needs analysis, platform demos, solution development, proposals, and closing
  • Book deals and build pipelines independently
  • Collaborate closely with teams such as Customer Success, Product, Project Management, and Mid-Market Sales

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience
  • At least 3 years in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving $1M+ ARR annually
  • Ability to manage the full sales funnel
  • Demonstrated success in booking deals and building pipelines independently
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Located in EST time zones

You will be part of Flock Safety's Private Sector sales team, working within a high-performance, low-ego culture driven by urgency, collaboration, and bold thinking.
