As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll lead net-new revenue acquisition by guiding global enterprises through the full sales journey for an advanced AI agent platform. You'll target organizations with 8,000+ employees, identifying and developing opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic account planning.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to close, with a focus on long-term client value
- Engage executive stakeholders through consultative conversations that align technology solutions with business objectives
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to design implementations that meet strategic client needs
- Develop deep expertise in the platform to guide clients on setup and value realization, including hands-on support when necessary
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting to inform leadership decisions
- Help shape value messaging by working cross-functionally across teams
- Build and manage a robust portfolio of strategic accounts with a focus on sustainable growth
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in quota-carrying SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or complex solution environments
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability in outbound prospecting, opportunity qualification, and navigating enterprise sales cycles
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to lead executive-level discussions and deliver compelling presentations
- Thrives in fast-moving settings with autonomy and accountability
- Comfort managing ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes
