What You'll Do
Oversee the title coordination process from initiation through closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Investigate incoming requests and issue clear, precise instructions for processing. Maintain up-to-date file statuses in internal and client systems, and proactively inform stakeholders of progress or delays.
Act as the primary contact between vendor partners and internal teams, resolving service delivery challenges and facilitating onboarding for new vendors. Monitor performance trends, implement corrective actions, and support the development of vendor management standards. Lead multi-site project coordination and manage project timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
Review mortgage loan files for data integrity and completeness, identifying missing documents and approving finalized files. Support special projects and assist with settlement preparation and title production workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of five years in roles involving vendor management, account coordination, or project oversight
- Proven ability to build and sustain productive professional relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability
- Experience with company or client operating systems
