Provide comprehensive outpatient therapy from anywhere in California through a fully remote platform designed to support sustainable clinical practice. This role emphasizes evidence-based treatment for individuals with lower to moderate acuity concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.
What You'll Do
Conduct 60-minute therapy sessions remotely, beginning with intakes and continuing through follow-up care. Maintain a steady caseload with clear clinical objectives and predictable scheduling. Work exclusively in an outpatient model—without on-call duties, crisis management, or inpatient responsibilities. Partner with an internal network of psychiatrists to coordinate care and support patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Must hold an independent license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
- Current, unrestricted license in good standing (multi-state licensing assistance available)
- Proven ability to manage a consistent outpatient workload independently
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and sound judgment in treatment planning
- Adaptability to a structured yet flexible virtual care environment
Preferred Experience
- Background in outpatient clinics, community mental health, hospital settings, or structured programs
- Familiarity with skills-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, or DBT-informed techniques

Compensation
Base salary of $90,000 with potential for an additional $20,000 in performance-based incentives. Salary increases tied to tenure are available starting after two years of service.
