Quorum is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to lead outside B2B sales for our public affairs software platform. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leadership, marketing, and sales operations to develop and execute enterprise strategies for building pipeline and developing partnership channels.
- Generate new business opportunities while managing internal support resources and working full-cycle sales from initial contact to close and up-sell/cross-sell.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Quorum platform and market to recognize pain-points and perform impactful demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to identify development opportunities for the enterprise market.
- Exceed annual quota and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, engaging with multiple stakeholders and decision processes.
- Multi-year track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $1M+ in expansion and new logo sales.
- Demonstrated ability managing a complex sales cycle, sourcing, managing, and closing $200,000+ ARR opportunities.
- Complex sales experience and comfort working with multiple stakeholders across many levels of business.
- Proven success sourcing your own pipeline and managing a pipeline with varying velocity, price, and complexity.
- Prior experience selling and mastering a complex product, leveraging sales engineers only as needed, in a mix of greenspace and takeaway sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high comfort interacting with C-suite executives as a skilled, detail-oriented communicator.
- Strong knowledge of a consultative sales model with the ability to assimilate complex needs into a customized solution.
- Must be self-motivated, curious, flexible, ambitious, adaptable, proactive, able to multitask, with strong communication skills and emotional EQ.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven to succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree strongly preferred.
