Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service consistently across all interactions.
- Lead by example in delivering a personalized shopping experience and empower team members to do the same with confidence and expertise.
- Master all product categories and internal programs, then effectively share this knowledge with the team.
- Act as a brand representative by embodying company values and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for customers and colleagues.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns by following established procedures and coordinating with support teams as needed.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and operational standards among all staff members.
- Oversee onboarding and hands-on training for new employees, including product education, system tools, and performance expectations.
- Work with the Senior Store Leader to ensure new hires have adequate time scheduled for training and shadowing.
- Drive ongoing learning through regular training initiatives and encourage full team engagement in development activities.
- Participate in marketing and product training sessions and ensure timely knowledge transfer across the team.
- Partner with leadership to assess team performance and determine individual or group training requirements.
- Lead with humility, guiding and inspiring Sales Leaders to achieve their highest potential.
- Support the development and rollout of localized marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Manage daily operations related to customer service, sales, orders, and inventory flow.
- Maintain clear understanding of company objectives and performance metrics, actively contributing to sales growth and goal tracking.
- Step in for the Senior Store Leader when needed, overseeing sales, inventory, financial handling, and campaign execution.
- Keep accurate awareness of inventory levels, including stock availability, and communicate updates to team and customers.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
