Experian seeks a Staffing/PEO Relationship Manager to foster and expand strategic business relationships within Experian's Employer Services. In this remote role, you will be responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and development activities across an assigned account territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop client relationships by understanding business needs, responding to requests, and acting as the primary liaison to internal departments.
- Create and maintain strategic account plans for top clients within your portfolio.
- Support the Client Development Executive in renewing existing business.
- Drive client retention activities and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Generate client advocacy for use in the market.
- Marshal resources to ensure client satisfaction and relay the voice of the client to promote innovation.
- Maintain and expand relationships within client networks across various buyer personas.
- Gather data and insights on usage to demonstrate business impact and value; ensure usage meets projected levels.
- Lead client briefings, quarterly business reviews, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team on data quality best practices and to address gaps or opportunities.
- Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects and products.
- Create and refer leads to the Client Development Executive.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position with a global scope.
