Sutherland is looking for a Customer Specialist to provide non-voice support for Spotify users. In this role, you will assist customers through email and chat channels, helping them resolve common issues and improve their experience with the platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide email and chat support (no phone calls) to Spotify users.
- Answer common 'how-to' and FAQ-type questions.
- Assist with account management and payment-related issues.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity.
What We're Looking For
- Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
- Experience in a customer support or service role.
- Ability to communicate technical guidance clearly via written channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Legal right to work in Bulgaria.
