Creatio is looking for a Global Sales Enablement & Field Readiness professional to drive the strategy and execution of programs that empower our global sales organization. You will be responsible for ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement global sales enablement strategies and programs
- Create and curate training content, playbooks, and sales tools
- Assess field readiness and identify gaps in knowledge or process
- Measure the impact of enablement initiatives on sales productivity
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align programs with business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar field role
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the end-to-end sales cycle
- Ability to design and deliver effective training for diverse, global teams
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness

This is a global position. Work is conducted remotely, and candidates must be based in the USA.
