Veeva Systems is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Events to join our Marketing Shared Services team. You will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of corporate events that support our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate events from concept through completion
- Develop event strategy and manage budgets to maximize impact and ROI
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and other departments
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure all events deliver a consistent brand experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing corporate events in a B2B or technology environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects
- Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
