Destination Knot is looking for a Customer Service and Vacation Planner to deliver exceptional service and coordinate travel details for our clients. This is a fully remote role based in Seattle, Washington.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to travelers
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their vacation itineraries
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate travel logistics and details to ensure a smooth client experience

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
