Supporting Leadership and Driving Operational Excellence
This role provides high-level administrative support to the Managing Partners, ensuring seamless coordination across executive functions. You will manage dynamic calendars, prioritize communications, and streamline scheduling to maximize leadership efficiency. Your ability to anticipate needs and resolve conflicts proactively will keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize executive schedules, balancing competing priorities with precision
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and documentation
- Act as a trusted point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and judgment
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, ensuring timely access to critical documents
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, employee engagement, and inclusion initiatives
- Oversee logistics for company events, including equipment, swag, and venue coordination
- Support project execution with timely research, planning, and follow-through
- Facilitate IT setup and equipment management for new hires and departing employees
- Partner with departments such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations to support executive initiatives

- Exceptional attention to detail and mastery of organizational systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with office software and a willingness to learn new digital tools
