Aledade is looking for a Summer Internship - Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This temporary internship offers hands-on experience supporting and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You will be part of our 2026 Summer Internships program, contributing to projects that impact our operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
- Support user management tasks, including provisioning access and troubleshooting basic user issues
- Help document system processes, configurations, and best practices
- Participate in data quality initiatives and clean-up projects
- Contribute to testing and validating new Salesforce features or updates
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Eagerness to learn about CRM systems and business processes
Nice to Have
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform through coursework or personal projects
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
