Work remotely in a full-time role that centers on outbound sales in the insurance space. Your primary responsibility will be making 150+ daily calls to assist individuals with enrolling in Life and Supplemental Health insurance plans. You’ll deliver clear, consultative presentations using approved scripts while ensuring compliance and professionalism on every call.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls each day using provided lead lists
- Engage in meaningful conversations to educate potential members about insurance benefits
- Complete enrollments over the phone and follow up as needed
- Balance inbound inquiries when possible, while prioritizing outbound activity
- Log all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
- Meet daily calling targets and monthly performance benchmarks
- Deliver a consistent, member-first experience aligned with compliance standards
What You’ll Need
- Proven comfort with sustained outbound calling throughout the workday
- Understanding that consistent dialing is key to results
- Resilience in handling rejection while maintaining a professional tone
- Reliability, accountability, and commitment to structured goals
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Preferred Background
- Active Life and Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one during onboarding
- Two or more years in insurance sales or a high-volume call center
- Strong listening, communication, and objection-resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
You’ll earn an hourly wage with monthly performance bonuses. First-year earnings typically range from $50,000 to $60,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000 annually.
