About the Role

Role Overview

This position plays a key role in managing contractual agreements across diverse business functions. The Senior Contracts Analyst ensures that contracts are properly drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and executed in alignment with company standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the analyst supports business objectives by identifying potential risks, resolving contractual issues, and maintaining compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and revise a wide variety of contracts, including sales agreements, confidentiality arrangements, consulting engagements, supply chain documents, and healthcare-related contracts.
  • Identify potential contractual risks and work with business units to resolve issues efficiently and in line with company timelines.
  • Ensure contract language adheres to internal policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements in coordination with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance teams.
  • Maintain organized electronic records of active and pending contracts and related documentation.
  • Develop and manage standardized contract templates and supporting resources to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on contract matters, offering guidance and clarification to internal teams.
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments to support seamless contract execution and business alignment.
  • Mentor junior team members through feedback, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to contract processes and legal operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of administrative experience, ideally in a corporate or executive setting.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience managing contracts, preferably within the healthcare or medical device sector.
  • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex contracts using established templates and guidelines.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, DocuSign, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to assess contractual risk and communicate findings clearly to legal, compliance, finance, and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal education or certification in Contracts Management or Administration.
  • Paralegal or advanced legal support certification.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional, global teams.
  • Understanding of international business practices and the complexities of operating in a multinational environment.
  • Sound judgment in balancing business needs with legal and contractual obligations.
