Wayground (formerly Quizizz) is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of education customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform and fostering long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial platform adoption
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and expansion
- Proactively manage customer health, identify churn risk, and implement mitigation strategies
- Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to relay feedback
- Analyze customer usage data to provide insights and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven ability to manage a book of business, renew contracts, and identify expansion opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience conducting business reviews
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for customers
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Experience in the EdTech or K-12 education sector
- Familiarity with common CS and CRM platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce)
