Wayground (formerly Quizizz) was looking for a Customer Success Manager

Wayground (formerly Quizizz) is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of education customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through initial platform adoption
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and expansion
  • Proactively manage customer health, identify churn risk, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to relay feedback
  • Analyze customer usage data to provide insights and recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to manage a book of business, renew contracts, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience conducting business reviews
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for customers
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote setting

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the EdTech or K-12 education sector
  • Familiarity with common CS and CRM platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce)

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
