MARGO is hiring a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join the WarsawConsulting Polska Team. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify Salesforce improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solution designs
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly
- Provide post-implementation support and user training
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce projects
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with ability to document complex business processes
- Experience creating user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
