This internship provides a rotational opportunity within the Growth & Collaboration practice, centered on CRM platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll engage directly with consultants on live projects, gaining practical experience in CRM system analysis, design, and deployment while building core consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation, configuration, and rollout of CRM solutions tailored to client needs
- Work alongside teams to shape CRM strategy and implementation roadmaps
- Contribute to business process analysis and project coordination across diverse industries
- Assist in system testing, data setup, and deployment activities
- Observe and participate in client discussions, product demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Engage in hands-on learning through sandbox environments and demo development
- Apply Lean methodologies and structured approaches to problem-solving
- Take part in capstone initiatives and feedback cycles to help refine the internship experience
Qualifications
Candidates should be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Preference is given to those with a GPA of 3.0 or above, strong communication abilities, and a track record of leadership or teamwork. Creative thinking paired with a disciplined approach to process and methodology is highly valued. A genuine interest in helping organizations improve through technology and operational efficiency is essential.

The role involves active work with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
Compensation & Work Model
This position offers $30.00 per hour, with the final rate influenced by location, experience, education, and business requirements. The work model is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week in a Wipfli office or at client locations, with in-person attendance expected for scheduled meetings.
