Drive Growth in Residential Cleaning Services

What You’ll Do
- Reach out to warm leads via phone and email to secure new service appointments
- Maintain up-to-date client information and track interactions in the CRM
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing client pipelines
- Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining performance under pressure
- Reliable personal laptop or desktop for daily use
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay of R8,000 per month with uncapped commission—earning potential up to R25,000 monthly
