Drive Growth in Residential Cleaning Services

Join a growing team focused on expanding residential and end-of-tenancy cleaning services across the UK. In this remote role, you’ll play a key part in converting warm leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate recordkeeping in our CRM system.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to warm leads via phone and email to secure new service appointments
  • Maintain up-to-date client information and track interactions in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing client pipelines
  • Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining performance under pressure
  • Reliable personal laptop or desktop for daily use

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay of R8,000 per month with uncapped commission—earning potential up to R25,000 monthly
  • Full remote position with flexible scheduling
