Role Overview
This position focuses on building strong, lasting connections with healthcare facilities and transportation providers across the Belfast, ME area. The specialist will serve as a key liaison, ensuring smooth implementation of service protocols, technology platforms, and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships through in-person visits, phone outreach, and live demonstrations.
- Visit medical facilities to deliver training on operational procedures and digital tools, including TripCare.
- Perform scheduled and ad hoc vehicle inspections to meet contractual and safety requirements.
- Maintain active credentials to instruct providers in PASS protocols and proper wheelchair securement methods.
- Monitor participation in the Safe Driver Program and ensure training compliance for drivers and attendants.
- Support adoption of the TripCare mobile application and assist providers with onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Work with internal departments to identify service risks, resolve issues, and track resolution outcomes.
- Promote organizational initiatives to case managers, healthcare staff, and transportation partners.
- Participate in special outreach efforts and project assignments as needed.
- Travel locally up to 40% of the time, including flexible scheduling to meet provider needs.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience, or a combination of education and relevant work background.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel within the region.
- Ability to operate a hands-free mobile device while driving.
Preferred:
- Background in healthcare, insurance, training delivery, or audit processes.
- Strong communication skills, including experience with public presentations.
- Proven ability to build trust and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset.

Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $18.81 to $25.40, depending on experience and qualifications.
