Airalo is hiring a Senior People Success Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and coach to our managers and employees. You will be a key driver in cultivating our culture and supporting our team members throughout their journey at Airalo.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and complex people situations.
- Partner with leadership to understand team dynamics and implement strategies that enhance engagement and productivity.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, offering coaching and resources to support their career growth and well-being.
- Analyze people data and trends to develop and execute on initiatives that improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate with the broader People team to deliver programs across the full employee lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the United Kingdom and/or Spain.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and empathy.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a distributed, international workforce.
- Familiarity with remote-first or fully remote company cultures.
- Background in technology or high-growth startups.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United Kingdom or Spain.
