Quality Control Oversight
Arrange and monitor inspections through third-party providers such as QIMA, ensuring evaluations occur at production completion. Track results via QC portals, review pass/fail outcomes, and manage corrective actions for failed inspections.
Only release shipments upon confirmed quality approval, and relay QC status updates to logistics and planning departments to ensure coordinated next steps.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as a central point of contact between factories, internal supply chain units, logistics, and planning teams. Deliver clear, timely updates on production status, risks, and shipment adjustments. Escalate issues with actionable recommendations to maintain workflow continuity.
