Role Overview
This position supports life science researchers using an advanced insights platform, ensuring they can confidently navigate and maximize the technology. The analyst acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every stage of their research journey—from initial onboarding to interpreting results—while fostering long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins to assess research goals, business challenges, and evolving needs.
- Deliver tailored training sessions to onboard new users and reinforce platform capabilities for ongoing self-service use.
- Advise clients on best practices in survey design, programming, fielding, and data interpretation to improve research outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for platform support, responding promptly to inquiries and offering practical tips through the in-app help system.
- Communicate new product features and enhancements to clients, helping them adopt innovations that improve efficiency and insight quality.
- Translate client feedback into actionable input for the product team, contributing to platform improvements and future development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client success strategies with technical and research capabilities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in managing client accounts or delivering research services, preferably within healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven ability to design and manage quantitative market research projects.
- Strong communication skills with a talent for simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel at least once per month for client meetings or team collaboration.
- Familiarity with healthcare data regulations such as HIPAA or GDPR is beneficial.
- Experience using digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance research delivery is a plus.
