Position Overview
Take your loan origination career forward with a proven mortgage team that supports long-term client relationships. This role specializes in managing 100% inbound, pre-qualified leads from homebuyers and refinancers—no cold calling required. You’ll use a powerful tech platform to streamline the lending process while working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and digital inquiries from qualified borrowers actively seeking home financing
- Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable loan products for purchases or refinances
- Guide applicants from pre-qualification through to closing with clear, consistent communication
- Collaborate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain compliance with federal and internal lending regulations at every stage
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to maintain pipeline momentum
- Build lasting relationships that support repeat and referral business
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for loan volume and conversion
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of two years of full-time experience in mortgage origination for purchase or refinance loans
- Active NMLS license with successful completion of the National test and 20-hour licensing course
- Strong understanding of conventional and government-backed loan programs
- Ability to accurately structure and price mortgage solutions
- Eligibility to work in the U.S., with verifiable identity and employment authorization
Preferred:
- Experience in a call center or high-volume lending environment
- Recent, continuous loan origination experience
