About the Role

Position Overview

Take your loan origination career forward with a proven mortgage team that supports long-term client relationships. This role specializes in managing 100% inbound, pre-qualified leads from homebuyers and refinancers—no cold calling required. You’ll use a powerful tech platform to streamline the lending process while working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and digital inquiries from qualified borrowers actively seeking home financing
  • Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable loan products for purchases or refinances
  • Guide applicants from pre-qualification through to closing with clear, consistent communication
  • Collaborate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain compliance with federal and internal lending regulations at every stage
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to maintain pipeline momentum
  • Build lasting relationships that support repeat and referral business
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for loan volume and conversion

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of two years of full-time experience in mortgage origination for purchase or refinance loans
  • Active NMLS license with successful completion of the National test and 20-hour licensing course
  • Strong understanding of conventional and government-backed loan programs
  • Ability to accurately structure and price mortgage solutions
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S., with verifiable identity and employment authorization

Preferred:

  • Experience in a call center or high-volume lending environment
  • Recent, continuous loan origination experience
