As a Sr Technical Consultant, you will lead the technical aspects of HiredScore integration projects, ensuring seamless alignment with client systems such as applicant tracking, customer relationship, and human capital management platforms. You'll serve as the go-to expert throughout the implementation lifecycle, working directly with clients and partners to understand their unique environments and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for HiredScore integrations, guiding clients from initial setup through final testing.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of web architecture and integration frameworks across enterprise systems.
- Present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including IT, security, and operations stakeholders.
- Respond to formal client inquiries with precise, well-documented technical responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales tools, documentation, and engineering workflows.
- Develop integration configurations and troubleshoot environment-specific issues during deployment.
- Produce whitepapers, technical guides, and internal resources to support long-term scalability.
Qualifications
You bring 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in enterprise environments, with a strong foundation in integration technologies and web-based systems. You communicate complex ideas effectively—verbally and in writing—and adapt your approach based on audience needs. You thrive in collaborative settings, build trust with client teams, and take ownership of technical outcomes.
- Proven experience with third-party integration tools and enterprise platforms such as ATS, CRM, or HCM systems.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and answer ad-hoc questions confidently.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Flexibility to align with US business hours as needed.
- Positive mindset, creative problem-solving, and a sense of ownership are key to success in this role.
Preferred Background
- Experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Familiarity with HR technology or enterprise systems such as ERPs.
- Ability to read, run, and modify existing code—formal development experience is not required.
