Drive revenue growth by engaging with current clients and uncovering new opportunities through inbound communication and proactive account management. You'll leverage customer interactions to identify needs, present tailored solutions, and close additional sales that enhance client outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach to prospects and qualify leads through targeted phone engagement
- Deliver online presentations and respond to client inquiries with clear, accurate information
- Analyze client accounts to understand needs and recommend appropriate product expansions
- Use inbound customer calls as opportunities to assess satisfaction and identify upselling potential
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, including call summaries, scheduled follow-ups, and contact details
- Close sales, process orders, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Keep leadership updated on sales activity and deliver reports on time
- Stay current on product offerings and industry trends in the payments space
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of relevant sales experience
- Background in B2B sales or cold calling is highly valued
- Prior experience in payment processing or merchant services is a plus
- Proven success in sales or customer retention roles
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms for tracking client interactions
